    Brief of Incident : Hon. Smt. Indira Gandhi, Prime Minister of India was assassinated by her body guard (Shikh community) on 30/10/1984. Riots burst against Shikh community in all over India. Shri Arjun Ragho Nerkar, Police Constable B.No. 508 of Bhusawal City Police Station was detailed for handling law and order bandobast duty at Bhusawal city. PC Nerkar, on 01/11/1984 at about 11.00 hrs. while performing bandobast duty near Municipal Hospital, Bhusawal suddenly mob gathered there, looted shops of the Shikh community and arson the shops. PC Nerkar along with his colleagues successfully prevented the mob and save the lives of his colleagues and general in public. While retaliated the mob PC Nerkar injured severely and was shifted at Civil Hospital, Jalgaon. While taking medical treatment PC Nerkar sadly demised.

    Brief of Incident : On 06/10/1998 Pc. 117 Anilsing Magansing Bayas and PC Ravindra Patil of Faizpur Ps, Dist Jalgaon were performing night patrolling duty in the Ps jurisdiction. At about 22.30 hrs. They saw two men in suspected position near the sugarcane field on the Faizpur-Bhusawal road. On verification by the patrolling Policemen, they narrated that they are sugarcane cutter worker. They have to go to Bamnod. Suddenly the policemen saw other 4 men who were hiding in the sugarcane field in suspected position. The policemen shouted loudly and ordered them to come forward. The suspected 4 person who were hidden in the field came near the policemen and assaulted on the Policemen by sharp weapon as a sudden attack of the culprits Pc Ravindra Patil collapsed. In this critical position wounded PC Bayas came near his motorcycle for help, the culprits again assaulted Pc Anilsing Bayas with sharp weapon. Pc Bayas sustained with serious injuries bravely started his motorcycle and gone near Aakash Hotel and became unconscious. The people sitting in the Ashok Hotel seen the injured PC Bayas and immediately informed Faizpur PS about the incident. Severely injured PC Bayas became unconscious, who has been admitted in Civil Hospital, Jalgaon for medical treatment. On 07/10/1998 Pc Anilsing Magansing Bayas while under medical treatment He met their tragic death while performing their lawful duties and saved his co-workers life.

They come across 3 persons carrying lathis and spears. They picked them up and put them in the police van. The Police van while making turn to village Asoda got stuck there. Meanwhile a mob of about 130 / 200 persons of sujade village appeared there. They were armed with spears and axes. They assaulted the police party in the vehicle and rescued the arrested persons. In this result UPC / 1454 R. B. Avasthi died on the spot. He met their tragic death while performing their lawful duties and save the life of coworker and public.

Hospital, Mumbai on 1984-03-28 for advanced medical treatment, but he was not lucky eventhough to survive & he died on 1984-03-29 in above incident. He met their tragic death while performing their lawful duties and save the life of coworker and public.

    Brief of Incident : 'F' Company from this group was deployed from naxal bandobast in Gadchiroli District from 22/05/2009 Platoon No. 1 from this company was deployed at Medpali under the jurisdiction of Bhamaragad Police Station. Where the work of road construction was undergoing. On the 15/07/2009 at about 10-30 hrs. Police Sub Inspector Vadadkar from Gadchiroli and Police Sub Inspector Ashok Govind Dede and 8 Police men from Platoon were marched by B.R.O. vehicle to rescue the S. T. Bus which was stranded on the opposite bank of river Pamulagautam. After rescuing the S. T. bus while returning by B.R.O. vehicle they came on the bridge which was flooded. All of a sudden the B.R.O. vehicle slipped down in the river. PSI Vadadkar and other 5 police men came on the bank of river by swimming. But PSI Ashok Govind Dede, AHC 535 Ganesh Abhiman Chavan, APC/720 Sanjay Santosh Patil and APC/747 Vinod Shriram Harishchandre were drowned in the river with their arms and ammunitions.

    Brief of Incident : On 25 Nov. 1987 at 18-30 hrs. a mobile patrolling party including Ct. Patil Shriram let the coy HQ post for patrolling. While the petrol party reached near a village, about 20-30 hrs. extremists fire on patrolling Gypsy from the road side sugarcane field from a very close range. The party rushed out of the killing area. But the extremists came out of the field and fired on the rear of the veh. which hit Ct. Patil Shriram who was immediately evacuated to Civil Hospital Amritsar and was declared brought dead.

    Brief of Incident : On 1973-05-01, in Police Station Tumsar area of Bhandara District, The Movement was held for separate Vidarbha. During the movement mob was aggressive, to control the law and order, police firing on mob in police firing three people was killed. The PSI Sitaram Poonaji Chaudhari aged 57 years, Tumsar P.S. was killed by the mob using stone. Mob also robbed the house of Mr. Keshavraoji Pardhi MLA of Tumsar and tried to burn his house and attempt to kill him by using kerosene oil. Hence the offence registered in Police Station Tumsar Crime No.79,80,81,82/1973 u/s 302,395,120(B) of IPC and Chargesheet submitted to the court and 109 accused was acquitted after trial of court.
